  • Be aware that if there’s no room for advancement or the description doesn’t match the actual daily work, there’s less chance of retaining a Millennial workforce

 

  • Understand that young professionals want to make a difference in the company and contribute to the betterment of the  organization

 

  • Focus on providing opportunities that have meaning and allow for self expression
